Job Description

Scope

The Project Marketing Coordinator provides general project marketing/business development support - working within IMEG brand and design standards and corporate processes.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Creates and customizes qualification-based materials - e.g. case studies, project experience lists, cover letters, approach language (writing, editing, & wordsmithing).
  • Coordinates & collaborates with teams on qualification-based proposal production.
  • Oversees editing and quality control measures for all assigned proposals.
  • Coordinates and creates interview and presentation collateral.
  • Assists in maintaining up-to-date opportunity pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Coordinates resume updates for assigned teams.
  • Coordinates & maintains up-to-date project data in the centralized Projects database and Central Qualifications Library for assigned teams.
  • Assists with the creation of project deliverables - e.g. project report layout & editing - as needed.
  • Assists in researching project leads, potential clients and competition as needed to assist in project pursuit strategy.
  • Assists in identifying project-based public relations opportunities for assigned teams.
  • Assist with identifying project photography needs and contacts for assigned teams.
  • Assists with additional marketing related projects as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Highly organized, with good time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to assist in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Design layout skills
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
  • Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants and other outside contacts

Education and Experience

  • Minimum bachelor degree in communications or marketing
  • 1-3 years of related experiencein Marketing or Communication.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
