GENERAL FUNCTION:
As a leader of the Newline Commercial Banking team, you will lead the team to: *Build thriving relationships and help drive financial success for clients with a focus on the payments industry, specifically companies requiring embedded payment products and technology: *Collaborate with internal partners, including local risk partners, payment product partners, and credit partners, to build holistic solutions. *Leverage partnerships with centers of influence, clients and referral sources to maximize success.
This position will also work with leadership and other strategic areas of the bank to develop and execute on go to market strategies and delivering pipeline and other sales and client portfolio reporting.
Oversees a team of Newline Relationship Managers to ensure adherence to corporate policy, provides deal, pricing, risk, credit and underwriting review as well as over limit credit approval, provides support and direction in the cross selling effort.
The position requires a strong understanding of the payments industry and will focus on growing relationships that utilize embedded payments money movement services and technology. This includes a focus on, (but is not limited to) payroll, payment aggregators, payment facilitators, merchant acquirers, card issues, bill payment and other companies that have developed client facing payment products. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the payment industry and verticals to develop a trusted advisory relationships with the Senior Executives ( e.g. CEO, CFO, COO) of the Company.
