Job Description

ChampionX is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator responsible for the Odessa, TX facility daily warehouse tasks, including logistics, inventory control, warehouse organization and supporting the needs of the technicians.

What You Will Do:

  • Daily review and planning of workload to organize and execute efficient timing of delivery or staging customer orders.

  • Loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks.

  • Responsible for ensuring all inventory is processed in the warehouse and logged into Oracle.

  • Liaising with other Spirit Warehouse facilities, Operations, and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Conduct inventory audits. Ensure accuracy of cycle counts.

  • Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operations.

  • Operate Forklift equipment.

  • Maintains a clean work environment and follows all safety protocols while working with all tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience working with shipping/receiving product and inventory management.

  • Experience using an inventory management system, preferable Oracle.

  • Must have experience with all warehouse equipment, including Stand-up and Sit-down Forklift.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Excel skills required; ability to build a spreadsheet and basic formulas.

  • Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to details.

  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must stand for extended periods of time (minimum 8 hours daily) while wearing steel toed shoes/boots on concrete floors.

  • frequently required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination for repetitive motion. Must grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that range from very small to large objects.

  • Must frequently walk, push, and pull; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist or crawl.

  • Must be able to easily and regularly lift and/or move, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
