Senior Accountant:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as a proven track record of managing financial records, analyzing data, and preparing financial reports. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the financial accounting processes and procedures
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards
  • Monitor financial transactions and prepare journal entries
  • Conduct monthly and yearly financial closings
  • Review financial data for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
