Job Description

WellSky is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team supporting WellSky's HCS products.

As aSolution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and development of our solution, working towards delivering reliable, efficient, high-quality software and hardware solutions.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of our solution
  • Work with solution managers, and development to gather, analyze and translate requirements into deliverable solution
  • Consult with the sales force on technical matters, ensuring that proposed solutions can be integrated with current systems
  • May perform sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Drive high-level client engagements through proactive identification of client cases resulting in overall business improvements for WellSky clients and our business
  • Review client technical needs and recommend specific solutions and/or services to meet those needs
  • Consult with sales team, engineers, and implementation ensuring proposed solutions can be integrated with current systems
  • Partner with assigned clients to research and understand client specific workflows and requirements, and assist in the mapping of those requirements to software solution design and implementation configurations

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years related work experience

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare experience with home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience
