Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Sales Manager to join our team in Central, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressed air equipment sales and a proven track record of success in managing a sales team.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
  • This position requires up to 50% travel
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compressed air equipment sales Proven track record of success in managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
