WHAT WE OFFER

The Category Sourcing Manager - Human Resources is responsible for developing, planning and implementing procurement strategies and sourcing initiatives for Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a skilled at communicating and building relationships with stakeholders, while also possessing the ability to create sourcing strategies, implement best practices and deliver cost reduction targets.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and implement global/regional strategies and procurement sourcing initiatives for the HR function, including the areas of: benefits, contingent labor, training, recruiting and mobility.
  • Lead sourcing projects and initiatives related to Human Resources.
  • Establish an integrated working relationship with the HR department and collaborate on identifying and developing the best partners for all HR services.
  • Realize synergies through close interaction with the global category lead for HR and participation in global sourcing activities.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts and supply agreements with key suppliers with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Assess supplier capabilities, selection and performance evaluation and driving key Supplier Relationship Management initiatives.
  • Analyze category markets, assess risk, gather market intelligence on fundamental conditions and technical information that impacts the category. Use industry intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies and provide HR stakeholder with advice and counsel on innovative contracting approaches.
  • Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies.

WHAT YOU OFFER

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 6 years' relevant experience OR a Master degree with 4 years' relevant experience
  • Experience in Procurement or Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree discipline in Organizational Management
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification is preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience sourcing for the HR category is preferred

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong negotiating, communication, presentation, influencing and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical decision-making skills and creative thought process ability.
  • Strong result orientation and demonstrated capability to execute and deliver against challenging targets.
