Position Summary:

Benco Dental is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing who will be responsible for the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy and annual plans. This will be a key role in Benco Dental's digital transformation journey and will support the delivery of a best-in-class user experience across our web properties and digital channels.

They will ensure that every component of our digital properties is bold, innovative, drives measurable engagement, and built from a customer-centric perspective. They will develop digital and technology strategies that successfully support both the company's brand and lead generation and revenue-generating opportunities, while connecting to the best tools, content, and integration in the technology ecosystem.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Refine, own and execute on the digital marketing strategy and annual plan in alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build out the Digital Marketing function. Manage, guide and coach a team of direct reports responsible for various digital functions, including email, social media, SEO/CRO, Web, and content.
  • Campaign Development: Work with team to develop effective integrated and automated campaigns including that drive awareness and engagement, increase traffic, generate leads and increase conversion.
  • Target Segmentation: Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Create and optimize automated marketing campaigns, including email drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered responses. Utilize dynamic content to engage current and potential customers.
  • Budgeting: Develop and track the digital marketing budget
  • Platform Management: Select, support and manage all digital marketing tools, platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and vendors. Collaborate with IT to ensure proper setup, integration with other tools, and data integrity within the platform.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data to understand performance by measures and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Agency Partner Management: Select and support digital agency partners that can augment the internal team.
  • Other: Support ongoing competitive intelligence activity to drive program opportunity identification.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 6+ years in Digital Marketing
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with digital marketing functions including email marketing, paid and organic social, display advertising, paid search, SEO, ABM
  • Prior experience working in HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
