The varioustasks performed by Atlantic Shores' Contracts & Procurement (C&P) Team demand detail-oriented individuals with multi-faceted skills, particularly in-depth commercial and technical knowledge, flexibility, enthusiasm for individual and team tasks, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
As a Contracts & Procurement Intern, an individual will work in a fast-paced team and will play a central role in supporting supply chain activities such as negotiation, sourcing, and purchasing needs of the entire Atlantic Shores portfolio, as well as engage in reporting and documentation activities. This is a hybrid role that will be based atour Brooklyn, NY office. Hybrid work requires at least 3 days a week on average onsite.
This position will allow an intern to perform assignments that will develop professional working knowledge and abilities through involvement with a wide variety of C&P activities, all in support of designing and delivering on the Atlantic Shores' offshore wind portfolio generally, or a specific project within same. As an intern, you will exercise limited, but increasing, judgment in performing your assigned duties using methods prescribed by your supervisor.

Majority of time will be spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. A small amount of time may be spent on incidental, local travel to Atlantic Shores current and prospective worksites.
