OTC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galion, OH!
As a Customer Service Representative specializing in customized pump solutions, you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on for exceptional service every time. This role emphasizes heavy email communication, in addition to communicating via phone. From coordinating inquiries to resolving complex situations, you'll ensure our customers receive tailored solutions promptly. With your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude, you'll serve as the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth operations and delighting customers every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling inquiries and orders promptly and going the extra mile.
  • Resolve account issues and ensure timely delivery, staying cool under pressure.
  • Assist with product inquiries, mastering our offerings for customer support.
  • Use distribution software efficiently for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with teams, offering support and keeping everyone informed.
  • Troubleshoot shipment problems and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build supplier relationships for great deals.
  • Manage orders and keep systems up to date for smooth operations.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
What You'll Need:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical and automation distribution.
