WellSky is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our Growth team! A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Making an immediate and direct impact on the growth and success of an industry-leading, category-defining healthcare company.
  • Building, driving, and maintaining a robust partnership ecosystem by facilitating and developing strategic alliances with new channel, revenue share and referral partners.
  • Owning the relationship with key strategic partners, overseeing the day-to-day interactions, and looking for ways to further deepen those relationships to maximize partner yield.
  • Managing partner relationships across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing success, to delivering revenue growth and strategic partnership outcomes.
  • Working with internal stakeholders across the organization including solutions, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, operations and legal to build a bridge between internal and external partners.
  • Constructing go-to-market plans for partner sales teams that motivate and incentivizes external sales teams to drive greater revenue.
  • Leading key internal and external meetings, communications, escalations, and negotiations; coordinating and bringing in subject matter experts when needed.
  • Identifying and addressing internal processes that can be improved or automated.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management establishing strategic B2B partners/clients and executive relationships.
  • Previous experience building and running successful strategic partnerships programs at a technology company (SaaS).
  • Previous experience establishing technology integration partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and marketplace opportunities.
  • Proven ability to think analytically and strategically to identify opportunities with prospective partners.
  • Ability to successfully evaluate partnership opportunities, performing quantitative and qualitative due diligence to prioritize them.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
