Recovery Resources (a nonprofit comprehensive mental health/behavioral health clinic) is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Medical Department. In this position you will help to present a positive environment for our client experience while assisting providers with patient care. The position will help coordinate timely appointments and ensure client-centered care.

Essential functions of this position include administrative and clinical support to the department; gathering preliminary appointment data to maximize time spent with the medical provider; process lab work (drawing blood and/or collecting urine samples); and enhancing communication between the client and provider to facilitate continuity of care.

• High School or GED
• Excellent oral and written communication
