As aSprayTechnician, you will interact within a Painting Process Laboratory using Paint Application Equipment & Automation tools. You will ensure the safe operation of Applications Spray Equipment and Chemical Handling. You will also verify and maintain the Lab and Equipment according to 5S/Quality Standards and lead customer workflow to ensure the timeline and deliverable success.You will report to Application Team Supervisors and work onsite in Cleveland, OH.
Shift Premium added to salary / NO prior experience necessary; paid training / Physically demanding position
Main Responsibilities:
- Spray and test samples of paint from production and development
- Execute the spray experiments using Robotic Equipment
- Ability to follow all safety protocols and complete assigned safety training
- Keep the lab clean and performing daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled 5s tasks
- Data entry into the Application log
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, with chemistry and algebra aptitude preferred; some college chemistry and math are desirable.
- Ability to understand, record and verbalize detailed information accurately is required; the Applications Tech must be observant and accurate.
