Sr. Pricing Analyst

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sr. Pricing Analyst. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven pricing strategies and supporting our Sales team through advanced analytics, tool building and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies and models using predictive analytics.
  • Perform thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor capabilities and competitor pricing.
  • Documenting and maintaining up-to-date records of current processes and any modifications.
  • Provide insightful reports and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
  • Optimize pricing structures and strategies for a range of industrial products and services.
  • Create and maintain pricing databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of data.
  • Developing and maintaining Industrial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Operations to ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis related to commercial activities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and presenting findings.
  • Proficient in project, time, and change management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM, Salesforce, ERP, and/or CLM systems.
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with programing (i.e. Python, R, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed (10-15% travel).
  • Ability to engage effectively across various levels and functions.
