Partner with the best

To be responsible for design, troubleshooting and optimize Electrical Submersible Pump systems. Works close with sales and operations to develop an operational year plan for assigned customers. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

As a Lead Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to create solutions for our customers.
  • Working together with senior leadership stakeholders to specify needs, communicates about current and future projects, and presents outcomes of research done.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region and working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience).
  • Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Artificial Lift (ESP) Technical Support.
  • Be able to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
