Job Summary

As our creative services expand, we are seeking full-time instructional designers to join the Information Design team-a group of writers, designers, technical communicators, and other creative individuals who are passionate about improving lives. We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, and trainings for a wide audience.

Responsibilities
    Empower learners to excel in their roles by producing effective training materials and e-learnings
  • Partner with experts to gain a deep understanding of the subject matter
  • Collaborate with other teams to simplify and visualize technical information
  • Option to learn how to write and publish task-oriented help documentation for Medpace clinical trial software
Skills/Characteristics
  • Advocate for learners and provide input during meetings
  • Care about the details and notice even small inconsistencies in language, visuals, and format
  • Embrace new opportunities and balance projects as priorities change
  • Desire to improve our services, processes, and UX/UA/UI by integrating new technology and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, professional writing, technical communication, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Proficient knowledge of software designed for technical communication
    (Knowledge of these programs is a plus: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Snagit, Visio)
  • Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop effective learning materials for various audiences
