Job Description

Reporting to the Director of key Accounts, you will lead Red Bull's sales efforts across regional accounts. You will oversee a team of Key Account Managers to implement Red Bull's off premise goals at over 75 retailers. Your main responsibilities will include: developing direct reports; managing account budgets and indicators while developing productive business relationships; and building joint business plans with senior leadership across retailers.

The role Is also eligible to sit in the following locations: Cincinnati, OH and Louisville, KY.

EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 7+ years Sales and Key Account experience
  • Leadership capabilities to mentor your team
  • In-depth knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) industry
  • Experience using all data sources (i.e. Nielsen, IRI, CPM, or Sales Data)
  • Advanced planning, financial management, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
  • Travel 10-20%
  • Permanent
