Concepts, creates and delivers compelling and visually stunning video content that showcases our products and services, tells our brand story, and engages our target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of video production both in our world class on-site studio as well as on location and will be responsible for overseeing pre-production planning, creative execution, and post-production through delivery of assets.

Job Description

  • Ideates and executes the creative brief with potentially short turnarounds while maintaining the voice and vision of the brand.

  • Collaborates and executes strong, impactful branded content consistent with the marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

  • Captures film for marketing/advertising campaigns that maintain the brand voice and creative standards established by the Creative Director.

  • Operates camera, lighting, sound, and other production equipment.

  • Executes all post-production of content including editing, color grading, and finish work with exceptional quality on time and on budget.

  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resources, and status reports related to completion of production projects.

  • Manages and grows adoption of our on-site studio for use across the portfolio of brands.

  • Occasionally photographs and retouches stills for key products and internal projects.

  • Stays up-to-date with video production trends and techniques, and provides recommendations for new equipment and software on an ongoing basis.

  • Manages the brand's video and photo library and ensures all videos are archived properly, organized and accessible.

  • Ensures that all video content adheres to copyright laws and company policies.

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in film, media studies, videography, art or design is preferred, or equivalent work experience in related field.

  • 5+ years of video production experience in fast-paced quick-turn around environments, such as agency, media company, or design studio.

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into compelling photo and video content.

  • Experience working on a variety of video projects, including commercials, branded content, and social media campaigns.

  • Expert at photo and video creation, shooting, editing, and sound editing with proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Avid, etc.

  • Experience creating and editing all-forms of high quality videos quickly and independently, working with footage from brand ambassadors, and other outside sources.

  • Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through a portfolio of work samples.

  • Must work in a collaborative cross-functional environment and showcase a diverse set of skills.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic with strong project management skills, time management skills and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
