Job Description
The Priority Specialist will have have the option to work from home, pending successful completion of work at home requirements. Candidates must have the ability to come onsite to our Hebron, Oh facility. This is core, full time, benefit eligible position. The priority specialist will be responsible for effectively and professionally responding to the customers' sales inquiry while offering world class customer care. In doing so one must possess an appreciation for serving and meeting each customer's needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Interact daily with VIP customers and interact frequently with Executive Management* Establish and nurture relationships with all our customers* Communicate verbally and in writing using an engaging manner that promotes dialogue and establishes rapport with the customer* Ability to move the customer past the point of browsing to engaging in a sale* Maintain empathy for the customer's situation while providing world class service that cultivates and develops high level relationships* Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while handling highly emotional escalations * Possess intimate knowledge of the customer's needs and suggests improvements to management* Analytical skills to trend customer concerns and provide data to support changes that will enhance the customer experience* Ability to walk the customer through the process and provide them with understanding along with a positive experience that will help establish a lifetime customer relationship* A positive energetic employee that is both highly motivated and dependable* In addition, the associate is expected to meet all Company goals and metrics INDC* Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly PC literate and 35 words per minute typing is essential * Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in escalations & high-pressure situations * Ability to multi-task * Keen attention to accuracy * Ability to maintain consistent work ethic without direct supervision * Prior call center experience strongly preferred * Strong customer service skills along with advanced soft skills * Highly motivated, dependable, energetic and positive individuals INDC Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
