You will collaborate with many diverse people and perspectives while overseeing the daily activity and development of our operators. You'll work to identify opportunities to more efficiently produce great food at a low cost - it's about an owner's mindset.   • Set the Pace - Directing all activities for your assigned production lines on a shift in accordance with goals, product standards, costs, budgets, manpower and established procedures
  • Drive Change - Managing plant projects that drive and facilitate change and communicating strategic vision to employees, motivating them to work toward common plans and objectives
  • Impact Results - Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals as well as driving Continuous Improvement activity throughout the facility
  • Take a New Angle - Identifying, developing and implementing best practices for safety, quality and equipment maintenance
  • Fresh Thinking - Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate operational issues
  • Collaborate to Win - Incorporate a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments, while acting as a liaison between the department and other departments, or business units, in the organization
  • Drive Efficiency - Performing schedule adherence monitoring and make necessary adjustments due to downtime, inventory, demand, and projection fluctuations. Additionally, manage unplanned downtime through proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance
  • Accountability & Ownership - It's on you! We're looking for you to utilize your skillset to set expectations, follow them & hold others to it as well




  • High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes within a manufacturing environment
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
  • Demonstrated experience leading Continuous Improvement events, and managing projects and timelines
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, both written and verbal
Bonus Points:
  • BS/BA and significant related experience
  • Experience working in an engineering related role
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Ability to work off-shift
