Job Title: Leader Technology, multiple positions Job Location: 8500 Governors Hill Drive, Symmes Township, Ohio, 45249 Job Type: Full Time Duties: Responsible for defining QA strategy, including approach and execution for development projects; responsible for Test Automation and Quality Assurance activities; accountable for test automation projects, including mentoring QA automation developers and managers; provide technical expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing; ensure development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined; focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, and test automation; build and maintain quality standards as well as enforce technical and testing standards; monitor all QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identify areas of improvement; implement steps required to improve processes; gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for projects to key stakeholders; work with QA managers, development managers and the Software Development Director to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals; and ensure training and continuous learning of QA staff. Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation; or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and three years of work experience in job offered or three years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: experience in software development; functional, non-functional, manual and automation testing areas experience; using testing methodologies including waterfall, iterative, and agile; and experience with: the financial domain industry; testing tools including ALM, Rally, JIRA, WinRunner, and SharePoint; P&L management, financials, planning, budgeting and staffing; managing activities of two-plus sections or departments; experience in the design, development and implementation of testing strategies; QA Management leading on-shore and off-shore testing teams; managing software development and testing teams of 20+ team members; experience with stakeholder management, Risk Management, Risk Identification, and Risk Based Testing.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
