Founded in 1895 as the Home Telephone Company, our organization began offering local telephone service and grew to accommodate the ever changing needs of our customers, community, and employees. Today, Horizon delivers voice, video, security, and broadband services to business and residential customers. Our business expanded from being the first to offer cable television and Internet service in Ross County to providing cutting-edge voice, video and broadband services throughout Ohio and bordering states.
