Compensation:
-$17.00-$25.00 per hour
-$100 commission for every new lease!
-Potential to earn up to $52,000 a year plus up to $10,000 or more in commissions!

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage a zone of assigned apartment and/or townhome units.
- Ensure a well-maintained property achieving resident satisfaction/leasing compliance.
- Stay current on rental rates, sizes, locations, and amenities of said property.
- Perform administrative duties, such as resident filing and answering phones.
- Develop knowledge of the application/screening process.
- Complete all paperwork/forms in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office and work area.
- Ensure model apartments are ready for tours.
- Generate traffic through marketing.
- Light cleaning of move in ready units.
- Assist new residents with move in.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Leasing and/or sales experience preferred
- Driver’s License and valid car insurance
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8AM – 5PM
- Rotating Saturdays
