OHC is currently seeking a dynamic, professional and personable Practice Manager to oversee our Fairfield oncology clinic. As a Practice Manager, you oversee the daily operations of the clinic, assist with development of practice objectives and initiatives through short and long range planning in order to achieve and maintain growth. You will continually evaluate practice strategies and plans to meet the ever changing needs of the practice and the patients, while supervising and developing the staff at your location. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a Business or Healthcare related field. Minimum seven years' experience in healthcare management, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
