General Summary:

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Daily printing of customer invoices.
• Daily posting of cash receipts.
• Daily disputes of customer claims and charge backs.
• Routine reporting on progress of work.

Other duties as required to support department

Education and Skill Requirements:

• HS Diploma or HSED
• Experience with AR/AP preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills; including competency working with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
• Prior experience working with customer portals a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and able to perform routine tasks.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
• Ability to follow all company work rules, policies, procedures and guidelines.

Physical Demand:

• This is an office role with minimal physical requirements. Ability to sit for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day and may be required to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Requires use of office equipment such as computer and/or laptop and copy machine.

Supervision Over the Following Roles:

• No supervisory responsibilities.

Work Schedule/Attendance Requirements:

• Full-time work with 40 hours per week.
• Monday-Friday work week, 100% on site.
• Some overtime may be required.
