General Summary:

Provide optimum customer service as required to maintain and enhance existing business and to obtain new business. This requires taking responsibility for every order to ensure that the customer requirements are met from time of initial order receipt until the product is delivered, invoiced, and the customer is satisfied. Support of phone lines, assisting callers and routing calls for the Phoenix, AZ location while providing administrative and Customer Service support for the Medical Markets Group. Must convey a positive impression of the company to all parties encountered by providing courteous and efficient communication.

Essential Duties:

• Assist the customer and/or sales representatives with any inquiry or problem concerning their orders. Provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to each inquiry. Such inquires or problems could involve product quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of product.
• Assist with maintaining accurate customer account information
• Process all orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Monitor open order reports and communicate shipping schedules to customers and sales representatives
• Obtain current product pricing information from management.
• Resolve return issues as required. Issue return authorizations.
• Trace lost or tardy shipments.
• Answer and route phone calls to Phoenix,AZ associates
• Document routed calls for follow up
• Greet visitors and provide direction for new hire applicants
• Provide administrative support for the sales team
• Act as the liaison at the Phoenix location for team members at other facilities.
• Support all sales efforts and comply with all internal sales procedures, where required.
• Establish a good relationship and maintain routine contact with sales rep and manager to resolve any issues, concerns, dilemmas, or crises from within the division..

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High school education and post high school office experience
• PC skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to deal with people at all levels within and outside the organization
