ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

We are excited to welcome a new group of interns in the Summer of 2022! Beginning in June, this 9-week paid internship will be fully remote and will include roles from all of our departments (sales, tech & product, marketing, legal, finance & accounting, and HR). While each internship will include different projects, all of our interns will have an opportunity to network together, participate in fireside chats with senior leaders, and participate in programming designed especially for you. Part time and full time roles are available.

MARKETING DEMAND GENERATION INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track and analyze campaign reporting from Marketing Operations to assist in optimization of ongoing demand generation nurture campaigns
  • Assist with choosing email template, landing page template, and imagery for demand generation campaign assets
  • Actively participate in campaign planning for quarterly demand generation campaigns that will generate pipeline
  • Assist in identifying industry trends and key moments that could drive campaign themes and topics
  • Assist in establishing processes to arm our Sales Team with the right resources to follow up on leads from demand generation campaigns as they are launched
  • Work closely with campaign owners and be involved in campaign planning process to submit all necessary tasks needed for a campaign within our project management system
  • Align with our Social & Brand Specialist to document and implement demand generation best practices to be leveraged on social channels
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Data & Insights teams to identify opportunities for new campaigns based on buyer persona research, industry trends, survey results, etc.
  • Assist in integrating paid media as an influential channel for all demand generation campaigns

SUCCESSFUL B2B MARKETING DEMAND GENERATION INTERN CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Pursuing an education in Marketing or relevant course of study
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns that are designed to generate pipeline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independently motivated with strong time management skills
  • Passion for marketing and creative thinking
  • Experience using a project management software such as JIRA, Asana, or Airtable
  • General understanding of B2B lead-to-revenue demand funnels and reporting
  • Proactive in overcoming challenges and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to be able to interpret campaign reporting
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Understanding of lead nurture campaigns and the ideal journey from prospect to customer
