Overall Purpose:

Join the Authentify Product Management team focused on transforming the way consumers manage their digital identities. Develop a deep understanding of the digital identity category and trends, complete a competitive landscape analysis, and provide a recommendation on new product roadmap capabilities to ensure Authentify is the highest assurance and most trusted digital verification offering in the Market. Partner with the customer experience (CX) team to document the end-to-end customer journey for our Authentify product The candidate for this role will be intellectually curious with an interest product management and passion for solving important consumer problems. This position typically will be for a 12-week period and will work under the direct supervision of a department manager or designee.

Essential Functions:

  • Assess the competitive landscape, industry trends and emerging customer needs to guide the digital identity product strategy and roadmap.
  • Complete a detailed analysis and provide a recommendation on roadmap opportunities that increase customer value, differentiation, and revenue growth
  • Partner with the CX product team to create an end-to-end customer journey inspired by deep customer insights.
  • Participate on working teams, contribute to projects and initiatives, and perform various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.
  • Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college program with course work related to the internship
  • Working knowledge of Risk Analytics and Risk Strategy Management
  • Must be able to communicate with various levels of employees within the department and proven technical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with commonly used office software and personal computers may be necessary, depending on assignment.
  • Must be US Citizen or US National only.
  • Background and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
