This position
The Software Engineer Intern will contribute to an agile development team working on the DocuSign CLM product. This person will have an opportunity to participate in a full product development lifecycle, collaborate with a team of engineers, and gain experience and mentorship building and maintaining software features. A successful person in this role will demonstrate quality-driven development and a passion for learning and growing. They will gain crucial experience and mentorship in building and maintaining software features and operating on a fast-moving, highly collaborative team.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Software Engineer and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

• Create and consume APIs in C# and other object-oriented languages
• Implement front-end features in React and TypeScript
• Interact with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality
• Fix bugs
• Attend scrum meetings

Basic qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - enrolled during time of internship
• Completed courses focused on Data Structures and Algorithms
• This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred qualifications

• Object oriented programming experience
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Excellent communication skills
