Partner with the best

The North America Services Growth Leader demonstrates accountability and ownership of the NAM installed based entitlement for successful preparation of supporting service agreement (SSA) and upgrade offerings. You will drive profitable growth and ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical and analytical assessment on all SSA and upgrade related matters. You will be part of the NAM Regional Service team supporting the Waygate Technologies IXS product lines.

As a NAM Services Growth Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning regional installed based entitlement, being responsible for providing the technical advice and information required for the creation of a SSA or upgrade quotes.
  • Driving the understanding of the installed configuration and the review of technical requisites.
  • Identifying technical risks. Partnering with the regional commercial team for opportunity funnel creation.
  • Partnering with the regional commercial operations team to ensure compliance with quoting and order acceptance.
  • Driving the OTR process for upgrades with support of Regional Field Service Management to ensure flawless execution at customer sites.
  • Providing visibility to real time installed base data analytics including SSA penetration rates, renewal funnels, product life cycle statuses, and upgrade targets.
  • Partnering with regional service coordinators to ensure data accuracy of the regional installed base tools.
  • Developing and maintaining processes for system specific installed base data accuracy, including feedback loop from the field service engineers.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
  • Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management.
