Summary:
We are currently seeking temporary Production Workers for our Louisville Operations in Louisville, Ohio. ATI Production Workers are vital to our success and play a key role in meeting company goals and objectives. Successful Production Workers ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently and are able to identify opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality. Workplace safety is a core value and production workers play a vital role in our safe operation and processes.
The Louisville, Ohio Plant is a Specialty Steel flat rolled finishing facility. Within the facility is a Hot Anneal and Pickle Line, Cold Anneal and Pickle Line, Bright Anneal Line, Sendzimir Cold Reduction Mill, Two Slitters and a Temper Mill. Coils are delivered to Louisville as Hot Bands from our Hot Roll Processing Facility in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania or from other ATI SRP finishing facilities. The first process the coils are put through is the Hot Anneal and Pickling Line where the coils are annealed and cleaned of any scale remaining from the hot rolling process. The coils are then cold reduced on the Sendzimir Cold Reduction Mill to the customer ordered thickness. The coils will then be processed through the Cold Anneal and Pickle Line or the Bright Anneal Line in order to anneal the cold reduced material for hardness and properties. After completion of annealing the coils may be Tempered rolled for flatness and surface finish then slit into multiple or single widths per customer order. The coils are then packaged and loaded onto trucks for customer delivery.

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Two (2) years of industrial or heavy labor experience or
* Associate Degree in electrical or mechanical related curriculum
* Willingness to work weekends/OT/rotating shifts
