Bi-lingual (Mandarin and English) Part-Time/Internship Office Admin Sales/Marketing Assistant for Promotional Products Company (18th & Canal)
Help Wanted by PINGLINE, a fast-growing promotional technology products company located in South Loop, Chicago (www.pingline.com). Training Provided.
Our office is 3 blocks away from CTA Red line or Bus#62 / #24. Very convenient for public transportation and driving.
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited :
*Assist the sales/marketing team in processing sample requests
*Keep up to date records of local inventory *Assist accounting with billing (contacting past due accounts, sending invoices, processing credit card payments, and other general bookkeeping duties - AR/AP experience/QuickBooks experience preferred)
* other Responsibilities assigned from top management
Other Duties:
Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in merchandise (if needed).
Packing and shipping individual online orders (if needed)
Working time: 20 hours per week (with possibility for more hours per week)
Skills/Requirements:
Required education: High school or college associate
Required Language: Mandarin and English
Required related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience: 3 years or above
