Job Description

Summary:

The Associate Channel Marketing Manager will implement and manage Moen's Loyalty Programs and will be responsible for supporting the execution of Moen's Digital Commerce business with Amazon and other key e-tail accounts. The Loyalty Program focus includes managing relationships with external partners and collaborating internally across the Moen marketing, sales and finance teams. Digital Commerce responsibilities include item setup/maintenance, sales and inventory forecasting, product merchandising, and coordination and analysis of digital marketing related activities associated with driving site traffic, customer engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities

Loyalty Program Focus:

  • Implement and manage Moen loyalty programs
  • Manage relationships with external partners/providers and collaborate with Moen marketing, sales and finance teams
  • Assist in managing the creative development process for the loyalty programs
  • Manage monthly sales and cost forecasts and oversee monthly invoice accruals
  • Oversee and conduct analysis and insight to manage the loyalty program success
  • Analyze competitive marketplace, follow trends and provide actionable insights to enhance loyalty programs

Digital Commerce Support:

  • Collaborate with retailer accounts and Moen's Digital Marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing activities that will increase traffic to Moen product pages and increase overall conversion
  • Support account service needs that occur on a daily basis and ensure timely follow-up of all activities
  • Leverage available data and analytical tools to optimize online merchandising efforts, develop promotional strategies, and improve overall conversion for Moen
  • Analyze and report all key performance indicators for multiple product lines within Moen's e-commerce business
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to execute content strategy specific to each retailer
  • Forecast sales and inventory levels in close coordination with Sales and Inventory Management teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics or Finance is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience to include a minimum of 2 years of experience working with external agencies/partners, merchandising, digital/interactive marketing, and search engine optimization; Durable products experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Amazon Retail Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc)
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to arrive at insights from data
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and to effectively work across a matrix environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time (domestically)
