Position Summary

The Service Delivery Coordinator provides excellent service to our customers, employees, and internal and external stakeholders by successfully performing and assisting the Director, Service Delivery and Manager, Enterprise Service Delivery with all functions necessary to ensure efficient and "On Time Delivery" of products and services. Duties include data entry, tracking, and monitoring customer information, service requirements, in addition to engineering, construction, and provisioning activities to ensure that records are accurate. Ensures that orders progress through queues to billing in a timely manner. This position requires a strong attention to detail and an impeccable degree of accuracy. Prepares and maintains weekly reports that will assist with management of sold order and lateral construction work order processes. Facilitate and/or manage weekly conference call with customer's providing up-to-date detail regarding their services as needed to provide back up for manager. Provide assistance for all company and government required files, reports and documents related to engineering and construction. Assist in the development of new processes that will create efficiencies across all areas listed in this posting. Serve as a backup to attend meetings when the Director, Service Delivery and Manager, Service Delivery cannot attend.

Essential Job Functions

Analyze project data for accuracy, errors, unique circumstances to ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies.

Maintain multifaceted tracking database in for sold orders and distribution construction.

Provides accurate and timely reporting on a weekly, monthly and as-needed basis.

Coordinates with project managers, installers and customers to coordinate and schedule all new service installations.

Effectively communicates concerns or changes to appropriate people across multiple departments and management levels in the organization.

Prepares and sends service order confirmation and notice of installation documentation to customers.

Assists all departments (Engineering and Construction, Facilities Design, Contractor activity) as needed to ensure "On Time Delivery"

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent experience in the Telcom Industry.

Physical Requirements

Light work: Lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Even though the weight lifted may be very little, a job is in this category when it requires a good deal of walking or standing, or when it involves sitting most of the time with some pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls. To be considered capable of performing a full or wide range of light work, you must have the ability to do substantially all of these activities. If someone can do light work, we determine that he or she can also do sedentary work, unless there are additional limiting factors such as loss of fine dexterity or inability to sit for long periods of time. This position requires the ability to effectively see and hear the majority of the time.
