ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY: This position provides administrative support for Department Directors. Exercises diplomacy in all facets of the job, coordinates activities as scheduling meetings, including preparing minutes, meeting materials, maintaining agendas and meeting schedules, and prepares routine reports including data gathering and summarizing of data.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School Degree
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years in a related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of MS Office Suite and multi-line phones.
