Job Summary:

The Lithography Maintenance Manager has an overall responsibility for managing the upkeep of lithography equipment to achieve optimal performance. This position will work closely with the Operations team to communicate action items for scheduled maintenance as well as assist in continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Lithography Technical Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Plan maintenance for lithography equipment and communicate schedule to operations team.
  • Perform corrective and breakdown maintenance in lithography department.
  • Communicate with vendors and order parts/equipment as needed.
  • Assist the lithography team in troubleshooting equipment downtime and determine corrective actions to eliminate reoccurring downtime.
  • Review production schedule to plan for downtime maintenance and assist in scheduling operators to perform maintenance during shutdowns, downtime, etc.
  • Review lithography processes and identify opportunities for improved work flows or equipment.
  • Provide technical direction to lithographers on new equipment or troubleshooting to ensure best practices are communicated through training, written procedures, etc.
  • Authority to stop and/or modify work processes due to non-conformance and/or unsafe working conditions.
  • Report all potential food safety concerns to the quality assurance manager.
  • Perform all other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 7-10 years' experience working in manufacturing environment.
  • 7-10 years' experience working in lithography and maintenance environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use measuring devices such as, calipers, micrometers, etc.
  • Expect mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent team player and possess a "can do" attitude.
  • Ability stand on concrete floors for long periods of time.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
