Inertial Aerospace Services, Inc. (IAS), a subsidiary of HEICO Aerospace, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative at our Highland Heights location. In this position the Customer Service Representative may be required to:


  • Process quotes on a daily basis as needed for assigned customer base.
  • Handle pricing and quoting of repair orders to the customers and make necessary inquiries for any special requests as needed.
  • Update Pentagon and file quote approvals when received.
  • Process warranty paperwork and teardowns as per company policy.
  • Ship and Invoice as needed.
  • Open work orders as needed.
  • Handle expedite requests and refer to the Shop Supervisor accordingly.
  • Handle status requests as needed by the customer.
  • Inform the CS Manager of any issues or concerns that may be in the best interest of the company and/or the customer.
  • Extensive use of email to send/receive quotes and customers correspondence.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Skills:

  • Accurate typing skills at least 50 WPM, which includes 10-key.
  • Three (3) years of experience required in related field
  • Proficient use of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Friendly telephone skills, with a professional use of language.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines
  • Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail
  • Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks.
  • Aviation related experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must be flexible to work long hours including weekends as needed
  • Excellent attendance and a positive attitude
