Position: Opening Cook for Banquet Department and Executive Club Lounge

Weekend Availability Required! AM Shift! $18-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
  • Craft culinary delights based on Banquet Event Orders, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
  • Masterfully prepare desserts for banquet events, adding a sweet touch to special occasions.
  • Maintain proper documentation on all food containers, adhering to rotations per SOP.
  • Uphold safety standards at all times, ensuring a secure and hygienic environment.
  • Arrive to work in a clean uniform, punctually and ready to serve with a positive attitude.
  • Cook orders with precision, catering to guest requests and special needs.
  • Proactively manage ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to streamline service.
  • Pastry experience preferred but not required.
