The Material Handler Team Lead:

• Perform all job requirements of Materials Handler on a need only basis.
• Drive continuous improvements and maintain 5S standards.
• Direct and assign Material Handlers to complete tasks and finish workload.
• Determine appropriate stock levels for stock areas.
• Maintain and evaluate stock areas to ensure that customers' needs are met.
• Set up Now & Next bins, "Authority to Bring" cards etc. for new products being stocked in various departments stock areas.
• Meeting with various customers to discuss new process or ideas for continuous improvements for services that Supply Chain could provide.
• Point of Contact when Logistics Supervisor is unavailable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• One year experience in a Material Handling role or in a comparable environment.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
• Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.

Work Environment/Physical Activities:

• Occasional lifting.
• Requires ability to lift and/or carry 60 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to meet required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
