The Lead HR Systems Analyst will act as a business partner and Workday subject matter expert. Responsibilities include optimizing Global HR Systems, Systems Administration, Process Design, User Training and providing Technical Solutions for HR Projects. This role maintains associate data, reporting services, and supports HR activities across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Provide consultation and technical support for HR functions including HRIS, report writing, talent management, and talent acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom reports, supporting data analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, configure systems, and manage projects effectively.
  • Act as lead contact for Workday vendors globally, leading projects and providing expertise.
  • Maintain data integrity, system documentation, and drive ongoing improvements aligning HRIS with business needs

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Workday.
  • Experience as a Report Writer, with the ability to design and create custom reports and dashboards.
  • Certification: Workday certifications (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, reporting etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Workday configuration, EIBs, including business process design, configuration, and condition rules.
