Job Description
Americas Marketing and Communications Coordinator helps ensure that information critical to the success of the JLL Latin America and North America account teams is delivered effectively at the right time, to the right people, in the right way. This role aims to improve regional performance in the eyes of the Client by bringing our communication to the next level by:
Enhancing the marketing of JLL performance and results achieved
Improving the employee and Client communication
Improving JLL Team visibility through the professional communication
This role builds and leverages marketing and communications channels from day one to ensure that the intended audiences can make informed decisions that impact performance.
In partnership with the Global Marketing & Communications Lead (and team), assist in executing a strategic internal and executive communications plan: you will align internal and executive messaging with the company's vision, mission, and product positioning.
Work cross-functionally across teams: you will work in close partnership with regional Leadership Teams to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner effectively with account team to produce and/or promote client and internal JLL communications, including presentations, annual reports, case studies, business reviews/reports, research, newsletters, videos, senior leader communications, and webcasts. Utilize templates and edit content for these communications and associated talking points, as needed.
Assist with regular and professional communication to the Client to promote the regional/cluster/site performance in various areas e.g., Employee Experience, Innovation, Sustainability, etc.
Support the regional Leadership and site leaders (as needed) with preparation of powerful professional presentation materials for executive reviews with the Client as needed (e.g., QBR, JBP, mid-year and year-end reviews)
Provide creative support and communications guidance for other critical projects and deliverables.
Ensure that all communications align with business objectives and promote the JLL brand through consistent key themes and messages.
Organize, manage, and execute on objectives with moderate oversight, a strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and with appropriate timeliness.
Drive efficiencies and improve communication processes. Review existing processes and procedures on a regular basis to determine if enhancements are possible.
Ensure ongoing and frequent best practice sharing with peers from leading account teams across JLL.
Operate with the highest ethical standards and accurately represent the JLL brand in all deliverables.

Communications
Manage the account's communications to the team and to the client.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment and support of core strategies and initiatives and ensure consistency of messaging, as well as "tell our story" to the client organization.
Be the advocate for communicating firm news to the team, and team news to the firm.
Support the team with communications to clients and sites demonstrating a high customer service focus

Communication Tools
Maintain standard templates for communication tools used by the team

Team Support
Help to manage and coordinate meetings and events for account team as needed

Collaboration
Collaborate with global marketing and communications team.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support the team in achieving the highest Customer Satisfaction rating.

Quality Control
Ensure accuracy via proofreading and editing documents for self and supported team members.

Projects
Complete projects as requested professionally and accurately on or before deadline.

Qualifications:
Excellent, fluent oral & written English (additional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus)
Executive communications experience:You can write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs.
Graphic programs skills: Intermediate PowerPoint skills (some experience with Adobe Create Suite is a plus)
Fearless when embracingtechnology:You'recomfortable learning new programs easily to enhance company-wide communication.
Organized and creative:With news constantly changing, you're able to adapt and change directions in an instant
Experience:3-6 years of experience in a corporate environment
