Job Description
TITLE: Labor Processing Analyst
DEPARTMENT: Finance / Accounting
LOCATION: Remote
SALARY: $58,000 to $65,000

GENERAL SUMMARY:

In this position the employee is responsible for performing accounting duties including support of labor processing, workforce management, employee receivables, and timesheet revision analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Perform and maintain the project workforce within the Costpoint Accounting System, while working with Project Setup to ensure accuracy.
*Review, approve, and process timesheet revisions.
*Audit time records and charge codes prior to payroll processing.
*Process all labor on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and timely posting within the Costpoint Accounting System.
*Assist with payroll on a bi-weekly basis on all labor related issues.
*Assist in month-end payroll reconciliations
*Document, evaluate, and improve current procedures
*Perform other accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as may be required

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

*Employee must be detail-oriented and organized
*Must demonstrate effective time management
*Ability to analyze and interpret timesheet data and solve complex labor related problems is required
*Employee is required to communicate and work effectively with other employees
*Employee must have the ability to complete tasks assigned verbally or in writing in a timely manner and meet all deadlines when applicable

TRAINING, EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED:

*Associate's degree in Accounting, and/or 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related function.
*Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel and accounting application systems
*One to three (1-3) years of relevant work experience
