About the team:

The Planning and Enterprise Data Governance Team (PLEDG) is responsible for Agile Intake Processes, Data Governance, and Compliance. PLEDG enables the data function to quickly adapt to Worldpay's changing requirements, optimize their business decision making through accurate and reliable data, and play the critical role of ensuring Worldpay is compliant with relevant regulations such as SOX, privacy, and security regulations.

What you will be doing:

The Software Engineer - Specialist is responsible for the data, processes and technology that support our FIS Corporate Data Assets. This position will be a key partner in building internal corporate Salesforce Contract AI models utilizing Conga's product suite. This position is responsible for creating/maintaining the end to end solution including any modifications.

  • Deliver business value through technical leadership and the implementation of high quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions on the Conga CLM platform

  • Collaborate with Business Partners, Business Leaders, Commercial Enablement, Platform Solutions, and Strategic Partners teams on end-to-end system implementation including requirement gathering, functional requirement, testing, design and architecture, build, testing, release, and system stabilization

  • Lead the design and architecture for Conga CLM and Salesforce.com projects and enhancements in collaboration with our Strategic Vendors

  • Lead the design and prototype of technical solutions

  • Provide guidance and leadership to production support teams to ensure break fix issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Perform hands on configuration, development, testing, or other tasks, as required through the end-to-end project lifecycle or project operations to ensure projects are delivered with first time quality and production operations are stable

  • Proven Conga CLM and Salesforce.com technical and project leadership experience with full lifecycle Conga CLM implementation experience and at least 8 years of experience working with Conga CLM and SFDC

  • Conga CLM Certifications and Salesforce.com certifications

  • Experience implementing Conga CLM projects, enhancements, upgrades

  • Proven Experience delivering new Conga CLM features to business stakeholders through periodic upgrades

  • Hands on experience with X-Author to build and manage effective contract templates.

  • Experience working with Conga support on effective management and escalation of support cases

  • Experience with implementation of full suite of Conga CLM features including X-Author, Office 365 collaboration, Approval Workflows, eSignature, Natural Language Search, Contract Intelligence, and others

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence

  • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy

  • Proven ability to translate business process and user requirements into functional requirements and solution design

  • Ability to influence others across various levels in the organization, work independently, and manage through ambiguity

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems with expertise in data mining or equivalent

  • Experience with Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, Lightning components.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with various applications

  • Experience with other Conga Products including Conga CPQ, Grid, and Composer

  • Experience working with CPQ (Oracle and Conga), MuleSoft, SAP, and DocuSign integrations to Conga CLM

  • Experience with Salesforce.com data and metadata migration tools e.g. Metazoa, Copado, etc

  • Experience working in a large matrixed and FDA regulated corporation

  • Active in the Salesforce and Conga community

  • Familiarity with industry Contracting Applications (e.g. Evisort, Icertis, etc)

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile/SAFe methodologies

  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills

  • Self-starter, passionate about making a difference

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
