Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions in a classroom and laboratory setting, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention among participants.
- Conduct occasional webinar training sessions.
- Administer assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate the understanding and proficiency of participants.
- Assist in developing and updating instructional materials for the technical training curriculum.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the technical training program and assist in making improvements.
- Collaborate with other trainers to stay updated on industry regulations and incorporate relevant changes into the training sessions and materials.
- Adapt training materials to meet the learning needs of the business and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Complete all pertinent training session documentation to ensure prompt invoicing.
- Serve as a resource for technical questions originating from the field.
- Assist in safety training as needed.
- Other duties as required.

- A trade school degree (equivalent education or field experience) in an industrial subject is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the overhead and mobile crane industry.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role.
- This position requires extensive travel, up to 75% in the US and Canada.
- Use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Having a current CIC, NCCER, or NCCCO certification in Mobile Crane operation is a plus.
