- Teach technical training courses
- Assist in developing instructional materials for the Tech Master's Curriculum
- Administer quizzes and tests over the material presented
- Evaluate technician performance in classroom and lab activities
- Develop learning paths for technicians based on individual skill sets and local branch needs
- Provide feedback to managers regarding the overall skill level of the technician base
- Provide feedback to Region Americas Technical Training Department regarding specific training that may be required within the district
- Serve as a resource for technical questions originating from the field.
- Complete various clerical duties related to student performance reports
- Perform OEM TI Training to external customers
- Other duties as assigned
- Trade school degree (or equivalent education or field experience) in an industrial subject. It is preferred that the candidate have a solid working knowledge of industrial electricity.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the crane industry as a service technician preferred.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion to teach others.
- Candidate must also have a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- This position will require some travel domestically and internationally.
