Wieland is hiring a Inventory Control Coordinator. The responsibilities for the inventory control coordinator will be to maintain an accurate inventory in the warehouse and removing obsolete inventory and adding new materials when necessary.

Responsibilities

Inventory Control Coordinator Responsibilities:

    Work directly with Parts Control Personnel during the daily receiving process.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager and Purchasing in daily receiving issues and receiving process improvements.
  • Fill in as a backup for Warehouse Manager if absent or out of the building at another warehouse.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with warehouse and inventory improvement projects and yearend inventory requirements.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager in making sure Parts Control personnel has a clear understanding of good receiving and inventory practices.
  • Work with Parts Control daily to make sure all inventory items being received are tagged and put away properly.

Inventory Control Coordinator Competiencies/ Qualifications:

  • MRO receiving or inventory control related background or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Communicate with all departments and end users.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to work with maintenance and business ERP systems.
