The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is the established leader in the implementation of inquiry-based learning in the full zoo visitor experience. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as our Graduate Program Manager. This position supports this continued effort through the oversight, development, and evaluation of The Advanced Inquiry Program.

Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Conservation Leadership Programs, it also serves as the zoo staff contact for Zoo Expeditions, Field Expeditions and the GFP program with Miami University Staff and Faculty which are our partners in this effort.

Qualifications: An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job will be considered.

Working Conditions/Other Requirements: Employment is contingent upon passing a drug & nicotine screen and background investigation. While performing the duties of the job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, walk, and utilize manual dexterity to use computer mouse and keyboard. The incumbent may be exposed to outside weather conditions and must be able to lift/move/carry up to 25 pounds without assistance; must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive a Zoo vehicle; Must be able to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
