A Brief Overview


As the VP, Finance Business Partner, you'll serve as a pivotal advisor to our senior leadership, offering strategic insights to steer financial decision-making processes. You'll spearhead initiatives related to investments, cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and overall P&L management. Building robust relationships, you'll seamlessly integrate with functional teams, extending your expertise to drive impactful outcomes.

What you will do

  • Strategic Advisory Role: Provide indispensable counsel to senior leaders, influencing critical financial decisions and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Offer actionable insights to shape financial strategies within your functional domain. Create an action plan to address discrepancies and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Financial Strategy Development: Craft and execute financial strategies, leveraging predictive analytics and data-driven approaches. Effectively communicate plans to both internal stakeholders and board members, fostering collaborative decision-making processes.

  • Investment Decision Support: Participate actively in strategic investment discussions, offering informed recommendations to facilitate business growth. Champion alternative approaches and drive accountability for investment outcomes.

  • P&L Oversight: Influence and drive decisions related to the P&L, diligently steering the organization towards its financial commitments. Implement corrective measures and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.

  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, driving financial competency and operational efficiency. Drives financial competency, capability, and robust control across the function.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 10+ years Progressive financial, business partnership and leadership experience

  • 4-6 years Operational and specific industry experience (i.e. supply chain, operations, CCX)

Skills and Abilities

  • Expertise in financial benchmarking, accounting, and regulatory compliance

  • Strong business acumen tailored to your functional area

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Strategic thinking with a balance of tactical execution

  • Confidence in challenging norms and driving change
